The general conditions of operation of the Manual Internet store are determined by the conditions of purchase and sale of products, which are realized by the Manual workshop for making leather items using traditional methods and trade, Novi Sad (hereinafter: “Seller”). The general business conditions of the Internet store are defined in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection. An online store is an information system intended for the presentation and sale of products to consumers. It is managed by the Manual workshop for making leather goods using traditional methods and trade. A user is a person who uses the specified system, that is, a consumer in an online store. The general terms of business define the activity of the Internet store, the beneficiaries of the rights and the business relationship between the seller and the consumer.

We collect only necessary, basic data about customers/users and data necessary for business operations and informing users in accordance with good business practices and with the aim of providing quality service. We give customers choices including the ability to decide whether or not they want to be removed from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. The seller ensures security and protection against misuse of personal data. All customer data is strictly stored and is available only to employees who need this data to perform their work. The courier service of the Post of Serbia, which delivers the purchased goods, has the ability to access the data necessary for the execution of the contracted work, the name, surname, address and telephone number of the consumer. The customer is responsible for accessing his system and protecting his user information and password. Also, the Consumer guarantees the accuracy and truthfulness of all information sent to the Seller. The seller undertakes to permanently protect the consumer’s personal data in accordance with the regulations. The above data will be used exclusively for sending informative material, offers, invoices and other necessary means of communication. The consumer gives his consent to the seller to inform him about his new offers, promotions and discounts to his phone number and e-mail address. The consumer can at any time, by sending a request in written or electronic form, withdraw his consent, after which he will not receive the aforementioned notifications.


The consumer pays for the goods by cash on delivery courier of the Post of Serbia or by payment cards exclusively in dinars All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD). For informative display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion to the same at the exchange rate used by the card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. Delivery period

The delivery period runs from the first working day after the order. For goods purchased through the online store, the delivery time is up to 5 (five) days from the day of receipt of the order by the consumer.

Delivery method

The seller undertakes to deliver the purchased goods to the consumer as follows: By sending the goods through the courier service of the Post of Serbia, where the delivery costs are borne by the Seller. Couriers of the Post of Serbia (an external company that delivers goods for us) bring the parcels to the delivery address until 19:00 every working day. Please ensure that during that period there is a person at the address who can collect the shipment. When picking up the shipment, you need to visually inspect the package to make sure there are no visible damages. If you notice that the transport box is significantly damaged and you suspect that the product may be damaged (opened), refuse to receive the shipment and notify us immediately. If the shipment is apparently undamaged, feel free to collect the shipment and sign the courier’s address book. Orders received on weekdays by 2 p.m. will be delivered to the indicated address the next day by 7 p.m. The courier tries to deliver each shipment twice. The usual practice is that if the courier does not find you at your address, he calls you on the phone number you left when creating the purchase order and arranges a new delivery date. If he still does not find you at the address, the courier will leave you a “Report on the arrival of the shipment” with information on where and when you can pick up the undelivered shipment (nearest delivery post office). The term of keeping the shipment is 5 working days, excluding the day of receipt and dispatch of the shipment. The bed fee is not charged. If the shipment is returned to us, we will contact you in order to establish the reason for non-delivery and agree on resending. Goods are delivered exclusively on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, except for the territory of AP Kosovo and Metohija. All prices are expressed in dinars with VAT included and there are no hidden costs. The seller reserves the right to change prices, unless otherwise stated (in the case of promotions and special discounts). The prices are valid at the time of creation of the order and have effect and validity for the following period as well. The listed prices are valid only for purchases in the online store and may differ from the prices in the Seller’s retail stores.


The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days from the moment the goods arrive in the country of the consumer, i.e. a third party designated by the consumer, who is not the carrier, without giving reasons and additional costs (hereinafter: withdrawal from contract). The consumer exercises the right to withdraw from the contract by making a statement on a special form for withdrawing from a contract concluded at a distance, i.e. outside the business premises or in another unambiguous way (hereinafter: withdrawal form). In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, The Manual Co. is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the account of the cardholder at the seller’s request. The consumer is solely responsible for the reduced value of the goods he returns, which occurs as a result of handling the goods in a way that is not adequate, that is, exceeds what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

The seller will do everything in his power to amicably resolve all disputes.
